Since 1996, the Dolores Food Market has been a family run grocery store in the beautiful Dolores River Valley between Telluride and Cortez. It caters to locals and tourists who are looking for faster service than the big-box stores and to anyone looking for "real food." In 1999, we moved from Central Avenue in Dolores to the location we are at today on US Highway 145.

Dolores Farmer's Market started on the front porch of DFM and at the end of the day, we would buy all the leftover produce from the farmers to sell the rest in the store.
